Excellent : No scratches, no dents, no marks, fully functional, Battery health above 85%, Genuine parts only, never been repaired.
Good :2,3 light scratches, no dents, no marks, fully functional, 80-85% battery health, Genuine parts
Fair + : Minor scratches, no dents, no deep marks, fully functional, Battery health exceeds 80%, Genuine parts
Fair : Numerous scratches, dents, marks, speaker/battery health below 80%, damaged screen/back/frame.

Step 2 SHIPPING :
Upon confirmation of your device's acceptance by our team, a complimentary shipping label will be sent to your email or WhatsApp. Before packing and sending, make sure to follow these instructions :
-Remove your icloud / Samsung / Google Account
-Remove your sim/sd card
-Reset your phone
-Power Off your phone
When you have completed these steps, pack your device and affix the shipping label before delivering it to the nearest post office or parcel shop. Once we receive your device, our team will inspect it and provide an ownership form for you to fill out and return (mandatory).
